Meetings are held bi-monthly on the second Monday in the main hall of  Claydon and Barham Village Hall, at 7.30pm

Details on the dates, timings, location and full agendas for all of our meetings are advertised on the Parish Council notice boards by the Village Hall and at Whitton.

Members of the public are welcome to attend and raise any matters which are of concern to them at the Public Forum at the beginning of the meeting. If you have a specific requirement please email the Clerk.
