Meeting, Agendas & Minutes

Meetings are held second Monday of the month in the main hall of  Claydon and Barham Village Hall, at 7.30pm

Details on the dates, timings, location and full agendas for all of our meetings are advertised on the Parish Council notice boards by the Village Hall and at Whitton.

Members of the public are welcome to attend and raise any matters which are of concern to them at the Public Forum at the beginning of the meeting.

 This is the opportunity for all the local electors of the parishes to get together and voice their opinions on matters raised on the agenda. The Chairperson of the Parish Council (or the Vice-Chairperson) presides over the meeting and local groups are invited to attend to report on their activities over the year.
