Meeting, Agendas & Minutes

Details on the dates, timings, location and full agendas for all of our meetings are advertised on the Parish Council notice boards by the Village Hall and at Whitton and on this page.

Members of the public are welcome to attend and raise any matters which are of concern to them at the Public Forum at the beginning of the meeting.

Parish Council meetings are all held in the main hall of Claydon and Barham Village Hall, unless detailed otherwise. 

Next confirmed meeting Dates are as follows: Parish Council Meeting 7:30pm on Monday 1st of September 2025, Claydon village hall.

This is the opportunity for all the local electors of the parishes to get together and voice their opinions on matters raised on the agenda. The Chairperson of the Parish Council (or the Vice-Chairperson) presides over the meeting and local groups are invited to attend to report on their activities over the year.
